Q. DO I NEED TO BOOK IN ADVANCE?
A. Classes are usually run on a drop-in basis with no need to book in advance; however in Covid times this will be essential in order to not exceed the capacity allowed.
Q. DO I NEED TO BE REALLY FIT?
A. No, not at all - you should have a basic level of fitness and always make sure that an exercise regime is suitable for you. Please consult your doctor if you have any concerns over your health prior to coming to class.
Q. BODYBURN SOUNDS HARD, WILL I BE ABLE TO KEEP UP?
A. Absolutely! You're encouraged to work at your own pace - the level of the class will be set so that you can make exercises easier (or more difficult!) depending on your level of fitness and you can improve on your own targets week by week.
Q. WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
A. Comfortable clothing and trainers. You need to be able to bend and stretch so don't wear anything too tight (like jeans!), but leggings, tracksuit bottoms, vest tops and T-shirts are all ideal. Layers are a good idea to warm up and cool down in, so consider wearing a jumper/hoody that you can take off when you get hot!
Q. WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
A. You should always make sure that you have water to keep yourself hydrated throughout class and a mat is advisable - although not necessary!
